Compensation ResponsibilitySimpleEfficientSafety
  • 1. No Compensation if shipping time delay;
    2. If the goods missing in our warehouse / transit to the airport or port or Hongkong / on the plane and so on:
    Air shipment will reback RMB40/KG,Sea shipment will reback RMB20/KG,shipping freight no refund;
    3. After pick up,the goods missing in transit process,will pay on UPS compensation stand,Max $100 (need to provide the screenshot of amazon inventory);

    Specifically declares following situation no compensation

    1. Infringement issues,Retain the investigation of the sender and therefore bring compensation for the loss of our company.
    2. Not apply the actual goods value,Infringement of intellectual property rights, Local ban on imports,we just provide the customs document if need.
    3. Such as the quality of the customer's goods and the specific certification issues,etc.
    4. In case of war,natural disasters and other force majeure factors,in addition to causing damage or loss of goods.
    5. Overall aging delays caused by flight delays / clearance delays during transportation.
    6. If the quantity of the product is lacking / damage,and the goods with higher value are recommended to purchase insurance by themselves.
    7. Fragile products do not accept if any damages.

    Claim time

    If the customer fails to receive the goods or loses them due to various reasons, our company will make the claim after 1 month (30 days)
